2. Scope of Our Data Processing Activities and Anonymity
Our company offers Corporate Data Analysis, Academic Data Analysis, Research Data Analysis, Strategic Consultancy, and Training services.
- Analysis Data: As a matter of principle, our company does not collect direct personal data in analysis processes; it works on aggregated datasets transmitted by the institutions/individuals it serves. It is accepted that these data are anonymized (made non-associable with an individual) by the relevant parties before transmission. According to Article 28 of KVKK, anonymous data is outside the scope of the law.
- Training and Contact Data: Name, surname, and contact information collected via training applications or contact forms are processed limitedly only for the performance of the service and communication purposes.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
Your personal/anonymous data is processed for the following purposes:
- To provide the requested analysis, reporting, and consultancy services,
- To provide methodological support in academic and corporate projects,
- To plan training processes and issue certificates of participation,
- To manage customer relationships and track billing processes.
4. Data Retention Period and Destruction
The datasets and analysis outputs used in our service processes are securely stored in our digital archives for a maximum of 3 (three) months in order to meet requests for revision, additional analysis, or validation that may arise after report delivery. At the end of this period, all data is permanently deleted from our systems using secure methods.
5. Data Transfer
Analysis results and reports are transferred only to the relevant person or institution providing the data. Unless there is a legal obligation, your data is never shared with any third party, institution, or advertising platform.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
