2. Collection of Personal Data, Data Categories, and Legal Bases
Our company provides Corporate Data Analysis, Academic Data Analysis, Research Data Analysis, Strategic Consultancy, and Training services.
- Analysis Data: As a matter of principle, our company does not collect direct personal data during analysis processes; it operates on datasets transmitted by the institutions and/or individuals it serves. It is acknowledged that these datasets have been anonymized or structured in a manner that cannot be associated with any individual by the relevant parties prior to their transmission to our company, such that they do not qualify as personal data. However, in the event that the datasets are not of an anonymous nature, the personal data in question are processed on the basis of the legal grounds stipulated in Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, namely that it is directly related to the performance of a contract and, where necessary, based on the explicit consent of the data subject.
- Training and Communication Data: Within the scope of training and communication processes, your personal data are collected electronically through the completion of application and contact forms. The data in question are collected on the basis of the legal grounds stipulated in Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, namely that it is related to the establishment of a contract and, where necessary, based on the explicit consent of the data subject.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
Your personal/anonymous data are processed for the following purposes:
- Provision of the requested analysis, reporting, and consultancy services,
- Provision of methodological support in academic and corporate projects,
- Planning of training processes and issuance of certificates of participation,
- Management of customer relations and tracking of invoicing processes.
4. Data Retention Period and Destruction
Pursuant to Paragraph 3, Article 11 of the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data; the datasets and analysis outputs utilized in our service processes are securely retained in our digital archives for a maximum period of 3 (three) months in order to fulfill potential requests for revision, additional analysis, or verification that may arise following the delivery of the report. Upon the expiration of this period, all data shall be permanently deleted from our systems via secure methods.
5. Data Transfer
The results of the analyses and the reports are transferred solely to the relevant person or institution that provided the data. Unless mandated by a legal obligation, your data shall not be shared with any third party, institution, or advertising platform.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
Within the scope of Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data are being processed, to request information if they have been processed, to learn the purpose of the processing of the data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurately processed data, and to request the deletion or destruction of the data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the law.
